The sophomore class elections were held today, with Room 2 becoming much more energetic than it usually is during lunch. Those few who expressed a desire to become officers got up and delivered speeches to the rest of their grade, explaining why they were the best choice. After the speeches, ballots were filled out and counted during the rest of lunch and fifth period. The new sophomore class officers are Katie Kim as President, Jacob Zelonky as Vice President, Jonas Acebes as Secretary and Crystal Betancourt as Treasurer.
