This year’s World Music Day concert was held on Nov. 15 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the MPR for students, staff and families to enjoy. The “Old but Gold” themed concert consisted of multiple musical performances such as “Don’t Speak” by No Doubt, “Heaven Knows I’m Miserable Now” by The Smiths and “La Muralla Verde” by Los Enanitos Verde. Additionally, members of Poetry Club performed their original poems such as “Contrast” and “Feathered Prophel.” The concert was also live-streamed on YouTube by Pearl Net News for those who couldn’t attend.
