Gamers across the world have been patiently waiting for Activision’s newest installment of Call of Duty: Black Ops. Now, the wait is finally over and Call Of Duty: Black Ops-Cold War is here!

With it’s newest release, Activision is offering three different versions of the game, a $59.99 standard edition, a cross-gen edition that can be played on current- and next-generation consoles and a $89.99 edition. 

The $89.99 edition comes with the most perks to help the player level up in the game. The Ultimate Edition includes the game (on both current and next-gen consoles), Battle Pass Bundle (including 20 tier skips), Land, Sea and Air pack (3 Operator skins, 3 Vehicle skins, 3 Weapon Blueprints) and the Confrontation Weapons Pack.

Call of Duty: Cold War is a massive 85GB game that contains four modes of play: Campaign, Multiplayer, Zombies and Warzone. Warzone is one of the most popular Call of Duty games of all times. Warzone is a giant Battle Royale game where 150 people drop into a terrain and search for weapons which they later use to fight for first place. Activision’s interesting recycling of Warzone into Black Ops: Cold War assures gamers that they will not stop supporting Warzone and that there are many things to look forward to.

Call of Duty: Cold War has a 10-hour campaign in which the player completes a series of off the book missions which secretly saved America and ended the Cold War. The campaign follows CIA operative Russel Adler as he pursues a soviet spy whose mission is to infiltrate the U.S tilt the balance of power to the Soviet Union.

One of the most exciting things for players is the addition of zombies. Historically speaking, all Call of Duty: Black Ops have had a zombies game mode, so it seemed only right to include one in the newest installment of Call of Duty, Black Ops: Cold War. While there is no official way to win in Zombies, there is a special Easter Egg which gamers can obtain through creating a series of tasks. The Easter Egg is something special that the game makers have hidden throughout the game and it is up to the players to figure out what it is and find it. As far as multiplayer goes, there is nothing too special that we haven’t seen in other games. Aside from new guns and new maps, multiplayer stays pretty standard throughout all the Call of Duties.
