“Call of Duty: Warzone” brings Battle Royale to the traditional Call of Duty game

In the middle of a global health crisis, Activision released “Call of Duty: Warzone,” providing all levels of electronic athletes with a gripping first-person shooter gaming experience.
After quite a few leaks and glitches, Call of Duty’s battle royale game finally arrived for Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC. “Call of Duty: Warzone” acts as a spinoff to “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare”.
This game was released on March 10 with hopes of competing against games in the ever-expanding genre that is battle-royale. In order to compete, Activision added the feature of cross-platform save progression and cross-play making it easy to switch from a console to pc.
Even though those features are quite impressive, Warzone stands out from games like “Fortnite” because it has an emphasis on realism and provides even odds for all players. Despite the fact that there are armor plates that offer up an additional health bar, everyone starts with the same level of health.
Armor is not tier-based too, so consistency in execution will be the main factor in determining the victor. It’s a matter of practice that makes perfect, over item obtainment and level-based progression. Also there is a well thought out balance between gun damage and health regeneration that sets Call of Duty: Warzone apart from Apex Legends.
Besides the battle-royale mode, one new model introduced in Call of Duty: Warzone is “Plunder.” This mode is basically a money-grab in which players collect as much cash as they possibly can from various supply drops or fallen opponents. You can also customize your loadouts at the start of the match like they do in Modern Warfare’s multiplayer modes.
As it stands, “Call of Duty: Warzone” has an emphasis on skill over strength of your loadout and takes a refreshing detour from being cartoonish and enters realism. Warzone is a spin-off of the classic Call of Duty games, attracting both fans of the franchise and gamers with a love for battle-royale games.

Call of Duty Warzone surely has what is required to be competitive in the world of battle royale games. With the likes of Fortnite and PUBG out there, it is not easy to get into the market and start winning hearts straight away but COD Warzone has certainly done very well during its first couple of months with more than 60 million downloads and it is expected that the game would reach the 100 million mark in next 3-4 months. Speaking about Plunder mode, it certainly has lot of options for winning. If you are good at playing the game then it’s not impossible to break into the top 10 on your own if you know what you’re doing. You can win by looting, killing top earning players, getting cash drops, or completing missions. Once time runs out, most cash wins.
