After its worldwide reveal, newly
released action-adventure science-fiction shooter “Quantum Break” has gamers raving about its cinematic graphics and addicting storyline.
“Quantum Break’s” futuristic science fiction campaign leaves gamers glued to their screens with its stunning visuals, addicting storyline and action sequences.
by Remedy Entertainment and published by Microsoft Studios, “Quantum Break” is a third-person shooter with elements of a platform game implemented in less action-oriented segments.
The storyline features episodes like a live-action television show, interacting with the player’s choices.
Broken into two halves, between actual gameplay and live TV show episodes, the player is thrown into Junction Points where they’re forced to make decisions that affects the outcome of the plot.
Remedy Entertainment has a reputa- tion for developing cinematic action-adventure shooters, such as “Alan Wake” and “Max Payne.” “Quantum Break” is no dif- ferent, following similar styles to previous releases.
Several standout actors play the game’s massive cast. Protagonist Jack Joyce is played by Canadian film actor Shawn Ash- more and antagonist Paul Serene by Irish
film actor Aidan Gillen.
Shawn Ashmore is well-known being
in various “X-Men” films while Aidan Gillen has starred in “The Dark Knight Rises” and “Game of Thrones.”
Since its release on April 5, “Quantum Break” has been praised for astonishing graphics with strong third-person game- play mechanics, however it was criticized for its short 10 hour campaign.
“Quantum Break” is available on Xbox One and Microsoft Windows, allow- ing gamers to mix cinema-styled cutscenes and gameplay.
