Video: The Class of 2015 Commencement Ceremony

Irene Feher and Rebekah Spector

The Class of 2015 graduated on June 4 in the quad of Birmingham Community Charter High School. There were 108 graduates. Ninety-seven percent of the seniors are going off to college. The keynote speaker was Rob Eschman, editor-in-chief of TRIBE Media, who spoke of the “journalism gene.” Valedictorian Chris Bower was the recipient of the second annual Daniel Pearl Journalism Scholarship. This is a video of the live-stream that Irene Feher and Rebekah Spector captured using Periscope.

So if you missed Kevin and Elizabeth’s performance, watch it here. If you didn’t hear Eshman’s speech, watch it here. And if you missed the Pearls saying a few kind words to the graduates, watch it here.
